So glad me and my bunny don't live in Germany.

Interesting that people in the comments seem to think it is foxes. I didn't know about foxes biting heads off and leaving the bodies.

Foxes, as far as I'm aware, wouldn't bite off a head and leave the body behind. Foxes kill to eat, so a fox leaving the body behind makes no sense. A fox wouldn't bite off the paws either.
