If it means I won't be able to appreciate srcasm, add of frontotemporal dementia to the list of things I don't want (right between fatal familial insomnia and fish flavoed gummi bears).

I wonder what it says about my brain that I often miss it (at first) when people are being sarcastic to me?

/not sarcastic

Wait, does that mean that anything you say from now on will be sarcastic?

People (the ones that know me well) assume I'm being sarcastic all the time, even (or especially) when I'm being earnest.
So now I know it's their right parahippocampal gyrus that's at fault, not me.
Cool.
