New goat cheese! →[More:] I went into my local cheese shop over the weekend and asked for a soft goat cheese that could be spread easily on matzoh. The woman behind the counter was really excited to help me, having known the travails of spreading anything on the Bread of Affliction.
She pointed me towards the Cabridoux, and I put in in my fridge behind all the other stuff in my cheese drawer.
I just broke into it and it is great! It spread so well on the matzoh and it tastes really fresh and good.
I am a new convert. I'd eat it all year round.
