Actually, I think that I, too, say actually, really, apparently, like, a lot. And I tend to, like, overuse commas. A lot.

I was on a course yesterday that was run by an Australian guy. Every time he said "okay" (which was a lot), it came out sounding like Mr Mackey saying "m'kay".

I'm apparently an actually junkie as well, not to mention a basically addict, apparently, and, it seems, a however piglet, plus a comma chameleon and a may fly. I will also admit to being a social user of ultimately, as well, and a fairly frequent abuser of appears and fairly. It also appears I may use "seems" too much. I do not, however, flog "at the end of the day" or "zero sum". Really.
