Farkworthy. Convicted multiple murderer refuses to attend court for sentencing because he's 'upset about bad publicity'.

He's afraid people might think he's a murderer?

Also, wasn't he in the custody of the police pending sentencing? So, why would they not just produce him for the sentencing?

He was in custody, but he's a big fucker, so I expect they didn't want the aggro of a fight. They don't get paid enough.
