I am going to make this the week that mr. gaspode is out of town and eat it ALL MYSELF. (also, he hates zucchini bread - that helps).

Did anyone use optional nuts/berries/choc chip mix-ins?

I use walnuts or almonds every time I make it. Probably about 3/4 of a cup.
