Believe it or not, I'm eating some Hershey's dark chocolate kisses right now. SO yummy.

I'm not eating any candy, because I'm a dummy and failed to pick up anything for me when I got The Fella his treats.

(Of course, he doesn't know yet that he even has treats, so I could just eat one little... no, that would be wrong.)

In bit, I'm going to tear myself away from the computer and make caramel corn for us to gobble tonight during our movie festival. Maybe toffee-roasted peanuts, too.

I wandered around the mall with a friend today and we got raspberry truffle samples at Harry and David. They were making dirty rice at Williams-Sonoma but we got tired and left before it was done :(

I made spiced chocolate truffles, with cinnamon, allspice, chilli, double cream, 70 percent cocoa chocolate and 50 percent cocoa chocolate (to provide the sugar). They are awesome but I'm now all caffeined up and can't sleep. Husband went for a run and is now thoroughly asleep. Ho hum.

We had three kinds of chocolate and cookies and dried mango bits at our lab meeting.

Now I need to pretend to be hungry because my husband is making dinner.

Hand dipped chocolate covered strawberries. Not just plain chocolate, either. White AND milk chocolate! Hand dipped just for me! 'Cause I have friends in the produce department....

A bar (well, not a whole one today) of "Mo's Bacon Bar" by Vosges that Specklet sent me. It's "deep milk" chocolate with pieces of Maplewood smoked bacon and Alderwood smoked salt in it. And it's freakin' lovely!

M&M's, Reese's PB cups, Dove dark chocolate, conversation hearts by Necco, and a bunch of other crap. I have kids. I've raided their stash from school. I'm ill.

i just made heart shaped cookie balls with everything and an extra chocolate truffle center, plus one giant round one that is still cooking. But i don't know if i'll eat them.

Earlier today I managed to plow through the rest of super-sugary grocery store heart cookies, but that's about it.

I wait to get the little conversation candies that I love so very much until tommorow. Then I can get enough to last me all year for about $5.

I ate a conversation candy heart today, when I popped in on Julie to see how her Valentine-card-making program was going. I was disappointed that it read 'Be Mine,' instead of 'Txt me' or 'Rainbow Party' or something similarly au courant.
