i'm working on putting a wp plugin together similar to the douchebag plugin called "vonnegut" - all an admin user will have to do is drop this:

into the beginning of a comment, and the infamous "asshole" doodle from breakfast of champions will appear, floating right. eventually i'll learn how to get it to insert the image automatically via a list of offending ip addresses, but for now this will suffice.

what i'm really looking to do is create a custom button for the embedded tinymce editor that will drop that "vonnegut" tag into the text field when clicked.

any advice on how this can be accomplished will be greatly appreciated...
