Great, now all I can see is apple fritter. I love her shiny little feet, but she looks like she'd clamp onto my leg and never let go. She has a huge mouth is what I'm sayin'.

Aw, just to be a voice of assurance with the jan, I've always found them oddly cute as well. I don't see how it could be harmful!

That said, I've no idea what my dog would do were she to run across one of 'em.

Eww. Didn't see the pic at work, but I sure wasn't picturing THAT. I figured it would look like the newts that live in Oregon lakes - kind of cute and about four inches long.
