MeFi deleted post greasemonkey script question: why don't the deleted AskMeFi threads show up? Every time I click on one, it says "You've stumbled upon a non-existent post, or one that was deleted for various reasons." I WANT TO SEE IT!!!!!
They are anonymous posts that haven't been approved yet.

Deleted posts do show up--it's just that, in AskMe, the bulk of the numerical gaps are because of anonymous questions, not deleted ones.

Also - they sometimes totally nuke a question (at the poster's request?).

Very, very rarely, though. Usually we just delete, barring bizarre circumstances.
