The man behind the Lost Sheep (okay, maybe a bad choice of words) is Adrian Munsey, who apparently became much more successful as a film distributor in the UK than as a farmyard musician, although in recent years he has gotten a little more serious about his music (note his bio mentions nothing about the sheep song). Other googling turned up what may have been a follow-up recording titled "C'est Sheep" that was produced by Sparks (those wacky Brothers Mael). We can only speculate what that sounded like.
