My MeFi post about the Mortgage Crisis included a quote from an over-optimistic realtor that I almost used as a title: "There are buyers markets, and there are sellers markets, and this happens to be a buyers market." That unreal-estate agent would call this property "a fixer upper".
Do we get squatters or homesteading rights? Or reimbursed or prorated our expense and labor?
