Photo Friday: "Transportation" Let's see your ride.
If I were to post a picture of my most oft-used transportation, it would be a CTA bus or train (I guess I'll latch on to pokermonk's picture for that.) But here's my car, which I love.
I wanted to take a picture of my bus route, but my camera was SMASHED at the last meet-up (it was a rolicking good time). Then I wanted to share some old pictures of me in cars, but I left those at home!
That it is! 5-door (hatchback) model. With 1/2 the seats folded down, there's enough room for my big old greyhound. We drove from Chicago to Houston and back with her, and the two of us, and all our stuff in it.
The dog loves the car as demonstrated here, with her "cruisin' face" on.
Here's my classic Asheville hippie mobile - this is from about a year and a half ago and the Shuler & local food stickers are gone, but I've added a 70s-vintage Only Love is Better Than Schlitz sticker I found in the new basement when I moved. ≡ Click to see image ≡ ≡ Click to see image ≡

I have been taking very few photos lately, and have had even less time for taking "assignments". 128 hours on my last two week paycheck, thankfully my next one will only be 96. So here are two from last year. The first one was taken during my walk home from work after the blizzard we had one year ago today. And I almost forgot that, since the theme is 'Transportation', not specifically 'your transportation', I can post one of my favourite photos. I didn't take it, but it's of a good friend of mine (the one I went camping with in the rootin' tootin' shootin' photo I posted a few Fridays back):
