Haliburton and Blackwater have been given clandestine contracts to round 'em all up at a rate of $1,000/animal. You'll never find the kickbacks to the Bush/Cheney regime. Swiss accounts, etc.

The kitties/buns/pups undergo interrogation and a summary trial somewhere more private and secret than Guantanamo before being delivered to W's dinner plate.
