Whoah! Just a little older than my parents. Their generation has lived through such incredible turbulence and change, and most of the history that we think of as the "modern world": some of the aftermath of WWI, the Depression, WWII and Korea, Vietnam, the Gulf Wars; major upheavals - social, scientific, and technological... Civil Rights, space exploration, computer culture, Globalization, decoding DNA, transformation of Government from a supposedly benign entity into a dystopic cliché... So much difference.
May Little Richard, and my folks, and all their brethren continue to rock on as long and hard as possible, in health and happiness.
