Well, he's always been a boil on the ass of the show biz. I guess his becoming a scab is actually something of a promotion.

Scabs are one of the lowest forms of life.

So really, from him... can't say I'm surprised.

I could care less about Carson Daly, but I doubt he's behind it. NBC is testing the waters on whether it can start bringing in scabs for it's other, more important shows. It wouldn't risk the value Leno or other starts with a move like this, but Carson Daly is cannon fodder.

This is the only thing Carson Daly has for the rest of his life, so I can't really blame him for not saying no to his bosses. I wouldn't want to have to go out and get a real job either.

He has writers? I've seen the show once or twice and I would never have guessed that.

Interesting that all these other guys have a writing background, but Daly doesn't. I wonder if that's the difference.
