8! And I had to guess at about 3/4 of them, as I live in Canada. We don't have most of the "E Numbers" here - most of the food with additives has them all spelled out, usually with the exception of "artificial flavor" and "colour", which I've never liked.
I got the Marmite question correct as I'm one of those freaks who likes the stuff.
