It mostly made me shrug. Soullessly, I guess.

It made me sad. They are hot, and probably can't go swimming.

It made me hungry. Surf & turf. It's what's for dinner.

A sad Yankee fan (baseball, jan) wistfully staring out to sea on an autumn day, chewing on what occurred, and what might have been.

Makes me happy, CHECK.

Is the big cow burying the other cow because he killed him in a bovine mob hit?

Little Bovus could only sit and watch in slow fascination as the other children cavorted on the beach. "Why not I?", he sighed, "Why not I?...."

His mentor and keeper, Dr. Acidophilus, touched him gently on the shoulder.

"I know, Little Bovus, I know. But you are not as they are. They would only...only..."
"What? What would they do, Doctor? Tell me now!"
"They would, well, they would tip you. That is all I can say. You would be tipped into the sand. And then, they would all run, run away...."

And the good Doctor left Little Bovus, the soft-pelted Calf Boy to his own thoughts, and continued on down the beach.
