I am tinkering with a website. I don't know what I'm doing.→[More:]
Don't worry I ain't changing anything and won't do a thing on the live site until it's tested.

It's a dynamic site, php, and the previous admin flaked and went to London. The original designer says he didn't install a cms or anything - the thing is, there are news updates and whatnot, and I am not sure yet what the proper way is to generate them!

So I'm looking around the filesystem for the script(s) that explain this.

What kind of stupid designer doesn't want to use a cms?

I loves em. Hate making none-cms sites unless they are really tiny ones.
