Japanese IQ test Instructions in English.
Uh, good thing I'm not applying for a job in Japan! I cannot figure out this test. Does that mean I have no IQ?

Woo! Took me a few tries but I got it. Love the weird salute thing they do at the end...

That was FUN.

I hate this kind of test -- they had them on the GRE's, and I felt like scrawling on my test paper, "People just need to get along."

I'm wondering if any Japanese-speaking bunnies can tell us if there's any interesting text in the original version.

No. There is an elephant in the way.

I'd seen this one before, but I love it. If anyone finds any more stuff like this, post it!

GAH! I don't get it! It doesn't work! It's a trick, it has to be. I can spin the girl both to the left and to the right, so that means I am in a state of both right and left brain perfection la-dee-dah-ness, but I can't figure this frigging thing out. A clue, please?

Yay! I got it! msali, I'd say the clue is to carry the same person over the river more than one time. The original text isn't Japanese, BTW. It's Chinese.

WHERE IS THE BAG OF GRAIN AND THE GUARD WHO ALWAYS LIES?
posted by Lentrohamsanin 01 November | 19:48
Woo, that took about a minute. Hire me! hire meeee! I mean, 私を雇ってください!

You just have to ask the guard what the adult female would say if you asked her what the adult male would say if you asked him what the guard would say if they were lying... wait, my head hurts now.
