Yes, cell phone. I'd switch but the choices in Canada are disgustingly limited. I used to complain about cell phone companies in the states, but I swear, I didn't even know! Then again I know people who live in seriously rural/mountainous places where they can't even choose. There's like, one choice. So whatever. Still, Canadian cell phones blow monkeys.

I've found the threat of switching can be enough; though you may need to phone customer service at your cell company.
