My office is freezing this morning. Can barely feel my mouse. So I'm starting to wonder ... would wearing a glove on my right hand really be all that bad?
I bet some of those fingerless gloves would work just fine.

I'm considering it, though I found this Lockergnome post that recommends thin sports gloves like UnderArmour makes. I've got to do something.

Sequins can add a glamorous touch.

We should all get USB heating blankets and/or gloves.

If you can't rock the glove, look into getting a heated mouse.

I wear fingerless in the office all winter. At first everyone here laughed at me, now they knit me gloves.

go to any outdoor store (do you have an REI in your area?) and get what's known as a 'liner glove'. Most these days have little silicon dots at the tips for grip.

my SixSixOne Raji full-finger cycling gloves are a very thin, tactile glove that I use all summer as well as for cyclocross racing (which requires a very tactile grip). I *heart* these gloves, but they're probably a little spendy just to use as an office glove.

The knit soccer gloves referenced in the lockergnome post above would possibly be just a bit too thick for me, but then I'm picky.

And yes, I've worn my Rajis to type in cold offices many, many times :)

My office is only freezing cold in the summer. This time of year when it is nice outside, the HVAC system doesn't know what to do. When a cold day shows up, it will turn the heater on to 90.

But, I'm working outside today. Too nice to be in the cubicle [and I have a dentist appointment soon so am working remotely].

My old position was in a freezing part of the building.
They ordered us a bunch of "business blankets"
As in, fleece lap blankets with the corporate logo on them.

I think I'm going to go with the Rajis that LFR recommended ... especially since I found them elsewhere cheaper and got Jenson USA to price match.

I dork out with these USB gloves almost every morning in my frigid cubicle. I feel a little tethered to my desk (since I AM literally tethered), but it's worth it for the sweet sweet warmth.

I love those gloves! Are there any more sites with cool usb stuff like that?

There are lots of USB gadgets litke that. I don't know where to get them all in one place, but Perpetual Kid has a few, including the gloves kittyb linked. The BF wants a desktop defense system - USB Rocket Launcher.
