That is enticing, but I don't think I'd pay around $20k for it.

From the seller's description:

I would estimate that adsense with current traffic rates would extrapolate to $1500-$2000 a year.

But the price is up to $17,500 right now. You'd have to run it for almost nine years at best before you made a profit. Am I missing something?
