This thread is for summoning the mailman. It's 4:00 and he still hasn't shown up and he has my paycheck.

Pretend that you have some sort of monster bill coming that you can't afford to pay, with or without this paycheck. Make yourself busy, pretending to ignore the impending arrival of this bill.

Or you can go for a long walk. . .
