Bald Eagle should be the Colbert Report 'house band'→[More:]Some friends of mine from Columbia are trying to get on the colbert report...you know he loves bald eagles...

The follow-up joke (not serious like the real petition) was to promote the band Kodiak ('cuz ya know he hates bears...)
