Boobies!!!→[More:]"A pair of D-cup breasts weighs about 15 to 23 pounds."
I now know how to lose weight fast...cut them off!
Although, outside of the sports arena, I do prefer boobs with a little bounce to them. Those perky, stiff ones are so unatural looking! It's the easiest thing to tell when someone's had a "bad" boob job - if they don't jiggle when you wiggle, then they're fake. (bad is in scare quotes because some women like the bolted-on look.)
Bras by Science would be so good - if they could make them comfortable too? please? I find the ones that "encapsulate" (love that line!)them the most are usually the least wearable.
OMG. I knew mine weighed a lot, but my man friend and I decided it was something like 5 to mayyybe 10 pounds, not 30+! Damn! No wonder my back hurts right around there.
Scurr recruited 70 women, including students and faculty from the University of Portsmouth, with bra sizes ranging from A-cup to extra-large (DD, E, FF, G, H, HH, J and JJ were included).
Each woman walked, jogged and ran while wearing different bra types. During the exercise, Scurr took biomechanical measurements, including the amount of breast movement in three directions: up-and-down, side-to-side and in-and-out.
I don't like sports bras, I hate the way they smoosh my breasts across my chest. It's uncomfortable. And I can never get them off and on properly, if they're the type that just go over the head. I end up wrestling with the thing.
So at the gym I wear a Marks & Spencer extra firm control bra that's the right cup size (D) but one size smaller than I normally take round the back, so it fits very snugly. Believe me, when I've got that baby on, nothing moves.
