I had a delicious dinner. Rotini casserole thing - rotini, spaghetti sauce w/turkey sausage bits in it, covered in mozzarella and then baked until the cheese is all bubbly and browned. It was tasty.

Bulk turkey sausage isn't as sausagey as um pork sausage. So it's similar to ground turkey but um more sausage-flavored but not overwhelmingly sausagey. I had purchased turkey sausage patties and links before but never bulk turkey sausage. It will be good to use in omelettes and such. Also, it will be good flavored up with some maple for normal breakfasts. Yes.

People are weird. But LT is a good kinda weird, and for that I hug him most heartily. And send whuffles and Dingle. And, if I could, an airplane ticket to the wet coast. But I can't. *sigh*

I am wearing an old nightshirt with pigs on it. I've had it for about 12 years. I always wear it on bad days because the pigs make me laugh.
