I had a dancer friend who tore the fascia in her back from being TOO limber. Ow.

Those girls are young, and won't be that limber when they hit twenty-five...

My back is really flexible. It's possible I could do that. I know that I can lay on my stomach and touch my feet back to my head, no problem.

I've accompanied my niece to dance auditions, and there's always some girl hanging around early ostentatiously lifting her foot behind her head as a "warm up." Not usually the best dancers, though.
