I'll make a point to a check. I never notice physical imperfections on people. Not that I'm above it. As a teenager, and an adult, I've left a party or situation and a friend would ask something such as, "Did you notice his jacked-up teeth?" No, I didn't. Or, "did you notice that she is missing an eye?" I missed that. :)

I have a very close girlfriend that I set up with a friend of mine. This particular male friend is quite the catch in my opinion. He's smart and funny and good-looking and very successful. She couldn't get into him because he had man boobs. Thems the breaks.

I wasn't aware this was a compelling concern.
