I'm gonna be on telly tonight on BBC 1 at 10:15, in Scotland, on a Show about Terrorism. I asked Nicola Sturgeon (the second in command in the government here) a question! Plus, I'm having a GOOD HAIR DAY!→[More:]
I'm near the beginning asking her to pressure the labour gov't to bring the troops home, as she promised in her camapign.

I'm in Scotland, and I just set myself up yesterday with a fancy new digital TV thingummybob, so I might be able to record it for us bunnies to ooh and aah at. Are you able to narrow down the time you'll be on? Can't promise anything, but I'll give it a shot.

I've got a recording from the start of the show until the end of the people answering you. Would you object to me putting it on YouTube for bunnies to see? Your hair was, I'm sure, as good as you thought it was, and your friend was mostly cut off, so it's all good really.

that said, the tone of the event was good. The Labour guy got booed roundly when he proposed that terrorism had nothing to do with the war in Iraq. Aanwar was in top form too :)

god no! I was interviewed for something 4 years ago and couldn't ever bring myself to watch it. I wish I hadn't done it all.

Well done, i think you were fine. If you had to be on camera more often i'm sure you'd get use to it pretty easily.
Try having to edit yourself, then you'll get sick of your own face.

Two things leap to mind on watching this: 1) Grace, you're picking up a little bit of a brogue, but it only comes through when you're thinking about what to say next. That's interesting.

2) You did great and I think you look great on TV. Very composed!

OK, also a third thing: that stage set the panel are sitting on is excellent.

hadjiboy, I couldn't record the whole program because of hard disk space, and unfortunately YouTube only allows ten-minute clips. I also, without wanting to offend anyone, felt disinclined to watch forty more minutes of people saying "America is the moral equal of the 9/11 hijackers", ad nauseam.
