You know what would have been more useful? An actual list of leap years. Or am I just being overly fussy?
Be bold! Add it!

If you google 'list of leap years' you get this as the first hit.

You are not. I've had this experience with the 'pedia before as well. My favorite entries are the ones where someone realizes this and puts a list of the items I need at the end of the explanation. And I think to myself, "at least someone remembered!"

On preview: I guess after you look it up elsewhere (on preview preview, like essexjan did) you could be generous. But I say pffftt!!! Also, I guess it really just meant I had to adjust my search terms to find the answer elsewhere which isn't hard, so we may both just be overly fussy. :)

Why would you need a list? It's really easy to figure out. Is it divisible by four? And is it divisible by 100? If so, is it also divisible by 400? DONE.

Because it's Monday morning and I don't want to wear my brainz out too soon in the week. Divide by 400? Nooooo, far too much like effort! I know the information is on other sites, but you'd think that a Wikipedia article might have it as well as seemingly more important information such as how to work out leap years in PHP, C, Java and so on.

I'll have a look in the page's history and, if it's not been constantly added and removed for some reason, will probably add it.
