Why just for dogs? Honestly, what social occasion wouldn't be improved by bacon-scented bubbles?

A gathering of vegans with soap allergies wouldn't be a good place.

Not that I've ever heard of a gathering exclusively of vegans with soap allergies, but gatheringsofveganswithsoapallergies.com is available in case there are any.

I think this would just torture the dog. He'd be so confused!

But yeah, I'm all up for bacon-scented bubbles at (most) social occassions.
