Ladies and gentlebunnies may I present the Ross S. Sterling High School Jazz Band!→[More:]

A friend of mine recorded/engineered/mixed/whatever this jam session and I was invited to attend, and am so bummed I couldn't make it. These kids ROCK!!!

Also, bonus! a song he recorded at home during a thunderstorm, which is what makes the recording cool :-)

Those kids and their band director deserve all the credit and praise they get for their achievements! Sadly, they're getting something that fewer and fewer schools offer, that being music programs. And the other sad thing is that many of them are going to find in later life that their high school jazz band was the best musical organization they ever got a chance to join.

But for now, thanks to you, WolfDaddy for sharing, and congrats to them!

I first read that as "Rod Serling High School Jazz Band". I must admit, I'm slightly disappointed.
