Like every one of these I've done It told me I had a male brain. [More:]I scored really high on mental rotation and line orientation, and crappy on verbal fluency and empathy (heh). But then on the eyes test (a female-trait thingy) I scored perfectly. Anyways, it's just kind of fun. (usual disclaimer about variance and these silly tests and all that crap).
I think I got 6 out of 10 on the eyes. I saved the test at the measuring part. Have to go grab a ruler. I'm going to predict that I have a female brain.

I got bored at the bit where you need a ruler. Like you I did really well on the line orientation and the eyes.

I just spent a lot of time on that test to find out that I'm balanced. Which I guess is a good thing.

Me too, mudpuppie. I'm right in the middle.

Dead centre for me too.

I have a chick's brain. I think it was my girlish hands that did me in.

Yeah but is your ring finger longer or shorter than your index finger? (Was it posted here? Longer ring finger means mathematical skills vs verbal.) Informal survey of friends confirms it.

What an interesting site! I like it very much. I especially liked the Lonely Hearts Ad creator!

Right in the middle also. I hate you a little bit right now for sending this at the end of the day, when my brain is all slushy.

I've got a male brain, about 25 to the right, so not massively. I'm surprised that I actually went through the whole thing, including digging out a ruler. That lonely hearts ad creator is cringe-worthy; I know it's only for lightweight amusement, but even still!

I feel like scientists and engineers are gonna do really well on the "male" parts of that (line orientation, mental rotation, and the questions about technology) regardless of gender. The questionaire started making me mad, because I could tell which questions were "woman" questions and which ones were "man" questions.

I came out as somewhat male--right about where The DonF scores--but there was some skewing because when it came to the "generate words" part of the test, I could not for the LIFE of me think of more than four or five things that could be described as "grey." This is probably because I was well into the post-workday beverages when I took the test, but whatever. Also, I do not understand how women in general get so many wrong on the match-the-line-angles part. It's easy! You look at them and see which ones match up! (Mental rotation, OTOH, just basically sucks.)

I vaguely remember doing that test and coming out somewhere pretty close to the middle. That didn't surprise me, but I too got a perfect score on the eyes part, which I really hadn't expected.

I came out slightly female, despite getting 2 out of 20 on the empathising, and 3 out of 10 on the Eyes part. (Not news to anyone who knows me- this is why I have to ask people constantly how they're feeling.)

Also, I'm engineer level on the rotating things section- cool!

I had a female brain. But I ate it for breakfast.

I was smack dab in the middle.

Pissed off. I took the whole test, but it won't show me my score. In the last pop up window, under "Get My Profile", It says, "This will open in the main browser window", but it doesn't. The main browser window indicates that I haven't completed part 6, but I have, and when I click on Part 6, it just brings up the same pop-up that says I've completed the test and that my results will show in the main browser window.

I curse you BBC, with both my masculine and feminine brain!

25 into the male side. I scored high on the female side for empathy, fingers, etc. but I scored higher than men on the engineering type stuff. My verbal fluency was off the chart, yay me. I think I'm more balanced than the test may indicate.
