I'll assume you're talking about the kid with the pink fixation instead of one of the puppets. I've seen that disquieting shit in waves over the years - 20 and 30 year olds who obsessed over Claire Daines, the Olsen Twins and Natalie Portman. I understand there was similar shit involving Brooke Shields, Tatum O'Neil, Kristy McNichol and Jodie Foster.
It enough to make me venture into the woods to see if Jimbob has buried anything good to eat.
The community used to mark things as "nsfw" to get them off the front page of the site if they didn't like them. This usually happens with minifads such as lazy town, WoW, etc. The thing is, it's a little useless now that NSFW ytmnds are only marked as such instead of being taken off the front page.
And obviously asking for your age is to make sure that you are over 18 and are able to view "nsfw" content.
Oh, and Smart Dalek - the Stephanie thing is in a different league of ick to the examples you mention: the character is an 8 year old (though the actress is twice that age).
