This is one of those movie trailers that reminds me of why I love movies. (It's for the movie Regular Lovers, which I got on DVD today.)→[More:]The trailer is just a scene from the movie: b&w film of a bunch of late-1960s French kids, dancing to a Kinks song. But there's something magical about it... I could watch it over and over again. (And, in fact, have been.)

Thanks for reminding me BP. The last time I checked it wasn't available to rent. Now it is, I just put it in my queue. I'm so excited to see this. Regular Lovers is the movie matteo suggested a while back. Thanks for the link to the trailer. I love the song.

Oh, cool Lori! I missed matteo's recommendation somehow. I read that PopMatters review of it this week and decided to check it out, then when I got it home I watched the trailer on the DVD. I love the song, too. (Though I can't say I ever heard a Kinks song I didn't love.)

I'm sold! I put it in my queue too.

I can't say I love every Kinks song I've heard, and I've heard their every commercial release, but I cannot think of one I dislike.
