Those ARE great. I enjoyed reading comments too - they're obviously all part of a large social circle and their comments about each other are really nice.

Great site, cool photos, nifty project. I like the design and layout too.
It's a challenge. My own 365 Photos Project is on hold for another week. I'm taking photos, but no time to crop or post them.

Great portraits, expressive, great colors and composition. He obviously works very well with people. But don't the pictures seem oversharpened and pushed too bright to the point of losing a lot of detail? That bothered me in almost every example. Still, well worthy of study.
