I agree, that was totally awesome. Such a fascinating guy. I think Charlie Rose does the best interviews of anyone ever.

Yeah, it seems like he can't be found not in character, so that was interesting.

He did an interview with Terry Gross on Fresh Air quite a few months back where he was not in character, and it was very interesting. I'm sorry, but I don't have time at the moment to dig up the link, but I know it is archived.
