Could you do it?
Of course you could, if you
had to. But could you do it knowing your personality? I think I could do it.
My meals would be:
Breakfast -- Oatmeal, yogurt, orange.
Lunch - Turkey on wheat with lettuce, tomato, a little mayo and mustard, cup of Minestrone soup, apple.
Dinner - Chicken breast, broccoli, great northern beans, and a mixed green salad with balsamic vinagrette.
If I am going to do it, I'm going the healthy route and hopefully drop some pounds along the way.
Dinner would be the toughest. Chicken breast gets old quickly. If I seriously did do it, I would alternate fish and chicken. Or is that cheating?
It's a wacky question, but I'm feeling wacky.
