Are you familiar with Ramsay Midwood? He's a modern Delta bluesman (from Austin, so not strictly Delta, but the sound is pure Mississippi).

Can't say I was. According to Answers.com, he's only put out a couple of CDs here in the U.S. since 2002. How'd you hear of him, essexjan?

From Bootliquor Radio. I've seen him live too. I see he's performing at the 12-bar in London soon. It's one of the best places in London to see the blues, it's literally a cellar. I saw him there a few years ago and he rocked. Nice guy too, happy to hang out in the bar and chat.
