"Chocolate better than kissing" Someone's either been doing the kissing thing wrong or there's some supremely good chocolate floating around that I've missed.
Cadbury's new 60% cocoa dark chocolate, to be precise. BBC News is running more and more press releases these days.

I hate these 'scientific studies' and the things where 'scientists work out a formula for the perfect cup of tea'. I know the people involved are just having a bit of a laugh, but I can't help thinking that it perpetuates the public perception of scientists as out-of-touch with the real world, trying to study things that can't be quantified, and wasting public money.

A newsreader this lunchtime (possibly Krishnan Guru Murthy, I wasn't paying attention) finished an interview on this chunk of news with, 'Well, presumably the answer is chocolate-flavoured lipstick!', before laughing hysterically. Strange 'news' moment.

Now look what you've done, chrismear.

Well, I'd say Hershey's kisses have it just about right then.

And not just kissing, I might add. The scientists did not finish their study.
