Feel free to laugh at my stupidity... I was just typing up my playlist for the MefiSwap CDs that I have already burned, and found that I put the same song on the disc twice. #1 and #17. Think anyone will notice?

Ah, hell, that's nothing. I was doing some cableology under my desk at work once and couldn't figure out at first why nothing was getting power...I'd inadvertently plugged the power strip into itself.

Is #17 the last track? If so, they'll almost certainly notice when the disc repeats and they hear the song (what song is it, anyway?) twice in a row....

dersins: Remember This by Shine, there are 20 songs total (at lesat 19 are different). I don't have it here at work, or I'd link it and everyone could enjoy twice.

Am I missing something? Is there a problem with swapping in a different song in place of one of them, and reburning?

I would certainly notice, and mock you privately for it, though probably not publicly. Of course, I'm kind of an asshole.

On the track listing, write the track name followed by :Reprise. Then everyone will think you'll cooler than sliced butter.

There's no problem with reburning per se, but I burned 10 of them. Oh well, they go out, flaws and all.

Eh, just re-print the track listing with the word "reprise" in brackets after track 17 - they'll think it's intentional. Probably.
