Huh. I was expecting giant Wehrmacht Sturmhasen...just largish rabbits. And in a country with a desperate shortage of consumable protein (have read rumors of cannibalism), their little bunny lives were, albeit sadly, forfeit.

Probably for the best. Kim Jong Il is supposed to be a movie buff, and if he had those rabbits as a base, and then watched "Night of the Lepus", he would have new and strange ideas for weapons of mass destruction.
