I always say, if you compare a list of those street performers at Hollywood and Highland with the CA sex offender database, you're going to get at least a 60% hit rate.

Bunch of scumbags. And what an awful place in general. Traditionally tourist traps are at least supposed to be clean and superficially pleasant.
