Weird, I know a photographer named Russell Lee. He wasn't even close to alive in 1940, though.

Awesome, chewie!

I was lucky enough to see these photos on exhibit when they were at the Library of Congress with the FSA exhibition "Bound for Glory". It was just awesome.

Wow that musta been something, Meeks. THere's a bar here that has an entire wall covered with a giant early 1900's photo of newsboys that delivered our local paper. Kinda makes ya feel like life hasn't changed much since we all still work like dogs.
