Ack. Mac Mail mailbox missing! Hope me! [More:]Okay. Deep breaths. I was trying to organize the mailboxes in Mail (10.4) and I thought that I had moved a whole mailbox, but it appears nowhere! I've checked all the enclosing folders, but not to be found. I neeeeeed those emails. It has all my freelance stuff, divided by theatre. Ack. I did a spotlight for the emails I know to be in the folder, and yes they are found, and appear to be in the designated folder. But they are not visible anywhere...So - how can I get them back/find them?
Oh goodness. Refresh made it appear. Oh dear, off to finish my heart attack now.

Glad it sorted itself out! Big folder moves can sometimes take a while to happen. You might already know about this, but if you hit Cmd-0 (that's a zero), you'll get an Activity Viewer window, which'll show you what Mail is in the middle of doing. I use it sometimes to reassure myself it's actually doing the move/delete/whatever I just asked it to.

Oh, and use this experience as a positive motivator to backup more often!

A work in progress. || Maybe I should just have them all pulled.
