Spring is coming!! All the birds around me are singing spring songs, my flowers are coming up (about three to four inches tall), and the trees are budding. Yay, spring!

I have a window-mounted hummingbird feeder that I just put up outside my study, which is where the cat hangs out to sun herself. The birds just found the feeder yesterday, and it's been a fun morning of watching various confused stand-offs as the birds hover in the windows, chirping at the cat, who looks torn between feeling like she should be ferocious and being scared to death of the red-throated menace.
