What is tomorrow's Photo Friday theme? I promise I'll be "back" this weekend. And tonight I'll explain where I've been. It's almost entertaining.
Can we do "Things I Made" ? That could include children, decorating, gardening, knitting, quilting, photography, ceramics, dioramas, food, or um whatever you made.

I don't know if a theme has been discussed this week - this idea can be filed away for potential use another time.

Yeah, Perle decorated the chair and the trolley-thing. See for rubbish instructions. It was fun!

That look on Perle's face is priceless! Such a little beauty.

I'm not sure what to call the actual paper cut-outs, but you can get them in craft stores in the U.S. and Canada. We call the process of putting them onto things, similar to what you did, découpage. There's a glue like stuff you can get called Modge Podge (or Royal Coat) that you use as glue and as a finishing lacquer over the finished product.

I actually have a few "old" pieces of découpage that were done for me as a kid in the '60s and '70s. They consist of old prints and such découpaged onto nice hunks of wood to be hung on walls like artwork. I don't have any out at the moment or I'd photograph and post them.
