Another update on Joe Famous He's out of the ICU and in a regular hospital room, so that's good!→[More:]

I got pieisexactlythree's card and bunny and will be going over to the hospital today after work to deliver it because visiting hours are over at 8 pm. If you would also like to visit him, please email me off-list for the hospital location and subway/bus directions.

I hear and understand taz's comment on gifts and have decided to drop that line of inquiry. However, if you'd like to send a card or other things, please contact me for Joe's sister's contact information.

I've come to realize that any monetary gift fund setting-up should be handled by Joe's family. I already sent you his sister's contact info, but if you'd prefer to email her directly, I can give you that info off-list also.

VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE: His sister just called my supervisor and said that she would rather that all of the gifts from here be funneled to her and Joe through me. If I've already sent you the address, please contact me for the alternate address for cards and gifts, which will be my work address.

Hugs from Chicago. I'll be bringing very cheesy get well cards to the meet'n'greet at Billy Goat tomorrow night so everyone who wants to can write a shout-out so we can package it up for Joe and ship it off.
