My first thought was that maybe Britney was tired of damaged hair. I've had moments in my life that I wished I could shave it all off. I've colored and highlighted for so many years. I've longed for virgin hair. My sister used to watch a reality series with Britney and she told me that Britney would often complain about the health of her hair. She was always frustrated with it.

It's probably not the reason why she shaved it bald,obviously she's having a mental breakdown, but it may be a factor.

I feel bad for Britney. I feel sick that people won't leave her alone. Sadly, if she weren't such a train wreck people would lose interest.

"Next lot: A premium bolster stuffed with the back-shavings of James Caan."

"Oh la, dearie, you never slept so well as on James Caan, I do avow. Goose down ain't in it."

Britney could easily drop out of the spotlight if she wanted. This all could be a tightly orchestrated PR campaign to humanize her image.

I wish we could all go back to obsessing over J-Lo's butt and the rumors about her insuring it for a million dollars.
